
We are doing the following research;
To see the detail, click the animation. We have been studying to keep fish
alive by introducing torpor. Torpid conditions can be
attained by our simple method. We developed a method to make
stable and fine granules for fry fish food. The range of
diameter is between 0.5 - 1 mm. It is totally
different from the conventional pellets produced by an
extruder. We found a technique how to
slaughter fish under the best conditions in order to keep
fish meat freshness. We found an extra process prior to
slaughtering fish. We have found a striking fact that
the heart isolated from an animal killed by stabbing in the
spinal bulb was freshly maintained for hours. This project will be set-up and be
announced. An economical gel
electrophresis apparatus(Gel Mate) A new type of submerged gel
electrophoresis apparatus has been released for nucleic acid
separation. Will be available in the
US soon!! (Toyobo
Corp.) We have developed a new device to
separate nucleic acids ranging from 50 kb to 2 Mb.
It is different from the current PFGE
devices, and your gel appratus can be used. Will be available sooner or
